Welcome to Trivia SZN. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Trivia SZN is a trivia game application. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive display names or content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Trivia SZN and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App.

6. Leaderboards & Social Features

Your display name and game scores may be visible to other users on leaderboards. By setting a display name and participating in daily games, you consent to this visibility. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate display names.

7. Game Integrity

We reserve the right to invalidate scores, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts if we detect cheating, manipulation, or abuse of game mechanics.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trivia Szn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your data will no longer be actively used. For complete data removal, contact us at ant@triviaszn.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
